Ayushmann Khurrana Says 'When He Was Looking To Make A Name For Himself, He Didn't Have The Power Of Social Media To Put himself Out There'
In a recent interview, Ayushmann Khurrana talked about the power of social media and asserted that he uses it to draw attention to India's undiscovered artists.
The Powerhouse of talent Ayushmann Khurrana is among the most popular stars on social media. The Bala actor, who enjoys a huge fan base online, often lights up his Instagram with his alluring selfies. In a recent interview with I.A.N.S, the handsome star talked about the power of social media and stated that he tries and uses it to draw attention to India's undiscovered artists. Ayushmann mentioned that he “follows a lot of young poets, singers, performing artistes and dancers who are yet to burst onto the scene and tries using his social media to draw attention to future disruptors.”
Adding to this, the actor mentioned, “When I was looking to make a name for myself, I didn't have the power of social media to put myself out there. I didn't have the ways to get the opportunities I could have got years back. The Andhadhun actor also believed that India has a wealth of talent that needs to be discovered more aggressively. He opined that there is a need to constantly find brilliant new artists because they will be shapers of the future.
“Anywhere you look, you will find raw talent in our country. Let's share and celebrate their skills and bring out the future generation of artists from the house next door,” Ayushmann concluded.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, directed by Abhishek Kapoor. The movie also stars Vaani Kapoor in the lead role.
Besides this, the actor also has Anubhav Sinha’s directorial Anek and Doctor G in his kitty.
